We all have to understand that in today's society no one is "normal" and hence we all have to understand that each person comes with imperfections. My goodness we suffer retribution for our Congressional request for assistance. It comes a time that as parents we have to stand up and advocate for our children. <BR/><BR/>I am working with certain key individuals at my installation to try to set a precedence. However, it comes with reservations. Is it because they want me to go away? Is it a pacifier and nothing really comes of it? <BR/><BR/>You all can see by joining the Yahoo group of all the material that has been submitted to various Congressional to include Senate staff related to our matter. <BR/><BR/>Am I done? NOPE! I am not going to go away! Even if my husband is removed from the military I will not stop fighting. I think the Air Force seems to forget that it is its peons doing the work for pennies on the dollar a day. They are barely able to make ends meet; let alone afford the costly treatments required not needed for their children. <BR/><BR/>Hmmmmm! Is it ever going to change? Well, yes that starts with YOU, the parent. Start representing and asking questions. Get on the letter writing bandwagon and write your "elected" officials.
