It's easier for them to just give the vaccine to a line of troops (quick and easy) then to pull records or perform lab work for each and every soldier to see "if" s/he needs a booster. <BR/><BR/>I've done my best to avoid the caos that our undermaned Military Treatment Facilities are now trapped in. Since I am the US Air Force mother you referenced in this article - I can tell you I was lost until I found you and your friends.. I am still fighting to get my waiver for the flu vaccine and I believe you bring attention to this - just might save a child. The US Air Force is a great institution but sometimes policies/regulations get in the way of common sense. The last I knew the US Air Force mission was defend our country.. not chase parents around - trying to pump their children’s bodies up with vaccines with no real rational except the 'chant' - immunize, immunize, immunize. What are dependents to the Air Force - drones who do as we are told…(NOT) I know that sounds harsh.. I mean no ill will toward the Air Force which my husband PROUDLY serves.. but we have to speak up (as you do) when they are wrong.. and they are WRONG on this.. Thank you for supporting me during this very difficult fight. Knowledge is power and I have learned so much from your website and your emails. Why aren't these kids screened on a routine basis?<BR/><BR/>You would think that they would be more prepared with a list of studies to support their claims, but we don't see that - only broad generalizations of this vast body of scientific work that overwhelmingly supports the current CDC schedule. If the research is so overwhelming, then it should not be that hard to lay out studies to back up each claim.<BR/><BR/>I am hoping that Obama will make autism research an "open source" project. I hope that he will find a way to make all of the relevant studies accessible to researchers, doctors, parents, concerned citizens, and the international community.<BR/><BR/>It's crazy to me that the children of military families somehow have fewer health rights than the kids living on the next block.<BR/><BR/>Thanks you for all of your hard work fighting for these individuals.
